Between the two of us, we’ve suffered with IBS, SIBO, IMO, histamine intolerance, sulfur overgrowth, GERD, severe gluten and lactose intolerance, constipation, and diarrhea for years with no clear answers or solutions.

It wasn’t until we both found practitioners who were willing to stop, listen, and examine the different systems in our bodies that we found relief. Learning to balance our gut and hormones was a significant part of our healing journey.
