We're Health Coaches trained as Registered Dietitians, both with Master’s Degrees in Nutrition. We help women get to the underlying causes of the bloating, constipation, and gut symptoms that arrived with perimenopause, so you can eat, travel, and plan your days without your gut making all the decisions.
With almost a decade of experience as a Registered Dietitian, I help women uncover what’s really going on with their gut. My approach comes from navigating gut symptoms of my own that no one could explain, so I won't hand you a generic protocol or list of foods to avoid forever. We'll figure out what's actually driving your symptoms and build a plan around your real life - your schedule, your kitchen, the foods you love. I can't wait to help you move from bloated and frustrated back to the version of yourself who eats a meal and then just gets on with her day. Let's get you there!
Before becoming a dietitian, I practiced law. I hold a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, and I left that career because helping women improve their gut health felt like the work I was meant to do. I also hold a BA from CUNY-Queens College and a Master of Science in Nutrition Education from Columbia University, where I completed the Didactic Program in Dietetics. I continue building my gut health expertise through professional-level programs and conferences across the country, and my background includes training as both a NASM certified personal trainer and Physical Mind Institute Pilates instructor.
Favorite foods: chocolate, peanut butter, a hearty slice of bakery bread
Favorite activities: weight training, hiking, reading, spending time with family and friends
Favorite gut product: GI Revive - I hate taking it but I always feel better afterwards

The field of nutrition and dietetics wasn’t always on my radar. I graduated from the University of Scranton with a BS in Biology and worked in Molecular Genetics. After meeting with a Registered Dietitian for my own gut health issues, I was inspired! I earned my Masters in Food and Nutrition from Framingham State University while completing their Coordinated Program in Dietetics. That career shift was the best decision of my life! I have been practicing as a Dietitian since 2009. I have continued to hone my skills through completing programs like the Monash University Low FODMAP Certification and Certification in Sports Nutrition.
My favorite part of what I do is working with women like you to improve your quality of life. You can expect your time with me to be collaborative, non-judgmental, informative, and chock-full of compassion. Together, we will get to the root cause of your symptoms and create a personalized plan that will guide you from bloated to balanced and from uncomfortable to unstoppable!
Favorite foods: Tacos of all kinds, sushi, sweet potato fries
Favorite activities: Walking, hiking, yoga, reading, singing, and hanging out with friends and family
Favorite gut product: Sunfiber. It is a non-fermenting fiber supplement that won’t cause bloating and gas like other fiber supplements. It is useful for so many different gut types!

Today, we specialize in helping perimenopausal and menopausal women get to the bottom of stubborn bloating, gas, constipation, diarrhea, reflux, and weight changes. Working together, you'll:
Understand what's actually happening between your gut and hormones, and why it started now
Get to the underlying cause of your symptoms and follow a clear roadmap to healing
Eat without bracing for what comes after
Reclaim your energy for work, family, and life
Say yes again to dinner out, the trip, the full plate at the holiday table
Because you deserve answers, not dismissals. You deserve a plan that works for you.
You've just read our stories, so you know we're not guessing at what this feels like. We've lived the years of symptoms and the appointments that went nowhere, and we remember wondering if this was just how life would be now.
The next step is a free Gut Health Assessment call. There's no obligation and no script, just a conversation about where you are, what you've already tried, and whether the Balanced Gut Solution feels like the right fit for you.
By the end of the call, you'll have a clear next step. And honestly, many women tell us it's the first time they've been heard in years.
