With almost a decade of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I help women uncover what’s really going on with their gut. My approach is personal, compassionate, and rooted in science. I have a BA from CUNY-Queens College, a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, a Master of Science in Nutrition Education from Columbia University, and completed the Didactic Program in Dietetics. I have continued growing my knowledge and skills in gut health by regularly completing professional level programs and attending conferences throughout the United States. Previously, I trained as both a NASM certified personal trainer and Physical Mind Institute Pilates instructor.
Favorite foods: chocolate, peanut butter, a hearty slice of bakery bread

The field of nutrition and dietetics wasn’t always on my radar. I graduated from the University of Scranton with a BS in Biology and worked in Molecular Genetics. After meeting with a Registered Dietitian for my own gut health issues, I was inspired! I earned my Masters in Food and Nutrition from Framingham State University while completing their Coordinated Program in Dietetics. That career shift was the best decision of my life! I have been practicing as a Dietitian since 2009. I have continued to hone my skills through completing programs like the Monash University Low FODMAP Certification and Certification in Sports Nutrition.
